Kuban-style fricassee, the house Bonus pizza, properly good coffee. A roomy hall, a kids' playground and a small petting corner — the place locals come to with the whole family.
Bonus is the big family restaurant near the hotel. People come here not for a tasting menu but for honest, well-cooked home food in a roomy hall — easy with kids, easy with company. The kitchen is European with a Kuban accent, plus a wood-fired pizza oven and coffee that's worth a trip on its own.
What to try
The signature dish is Kuban-style fricassee: chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce, served in a clay pot. They cook it with chicken and with other meats — it's the restaurant's calling card and lands on almost every table.
The other must-order is the house Bonus pizza — thin crust, house sauce, wood-fired. Pair it with the coffee, which is freshly roasted; the team doesn't cut corners on it, and you can taste the difference.
The room
Where Mimino is small and intimate, Bonus is big — a wide hall with seats almost always available. Outside there's a kids' playground and a small petting corner with animals: while the adults eat, the kids are occupied. This is a family place, not a wine restaurant.

Booking through the hotel
As with Mimino, you can book a table at Bonus through us — at the front desk or with the concierge. The hall is large, so weekdays are usually fine to walk in; weekends and holidays are better with a heads-up.
