OUR STORY

Where your seaside story begins

Imagine waking to a soft hush of waves, opening the window, and meeting a sea breeze and a golden sunrise. A cup of coffee with a view of the Sea of Azov — and the day begins. That is what mornings look like for Assoll's guests. Couples come here for privacy, families for spacious rooms with a children's corner, groups of friends for connecting suites. On the grounds: a heated pool, a fitness studio, a coworking room, the Balkan Light Serbian food bar, a restaurant and a shop of local delicacies.

FINDING US

First line. Sea of Azov

First-line on the Sea of Azov — five minutes on foot to the beach, the promenade and city parks within walking distance. Yeysk is an old merchant resort between Rostov and Krasnodar with a mild microclimate, warm shallow water from June through September, and a rare combination of estuary landscapes and a real salt sea. The town is alive year-round: fish markets, the Taman wineries an hour away, Khan Lake mud therapy, horse trails along the spit. Rostov and Krasnodar international airports are about three hours by car, plus a direct overnight train from Moscow. And then there are the sunsets — the kind guests stay an extra night for.
